Shipping Policy
1. General Information
This Shipping Policy provides information about the processing and shipment of orders placed through the online store of Leot James Fine Clothing.

It supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to all deliveries unless otherwise agreed.

2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Should delays exceptionally occur, you will be informed accordingly.

3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using reliable postal and courier services.

The shipping carrier selected for each order depends on the destination, parcel size, order value and the shipping service considered most suitable at the time.

The following shipping carriers may be used, among others:

  • Austrian Post
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • Other suitable shipping carriers

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where available, this email will also include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment through the relevant shipping carrier.

For international shipments, tracking may continue through the local delivery service once the parcel has entered the destination country.

5. Delivery Areas
We deliver within Austria, to Member States of the European Union, and to selected additional countries.

If your country is not available during the checkout process, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to determine whether shipping is possible and, where appropriate, provide an individual shipping quotation.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined primarily by:

  • Delivery destination
  • Parcel size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed before your order is completed.

Where offered, free shipping promotions or special shipping conditions will be clearly indicated.

7. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier selected.

Any delivery times provided are estimates only.

We have no control over delays that occur outside our sphere of influence, including customs clearance, force majeure or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Customs Duties, Import Charges and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges, taxes or other fees may be imposed by the authorities or the shipping carrier in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please familiarise yourself with your country's applicable import regulations before placing an order.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs duties or import charges, and is returned to us, we will contact you.

Any additional shipping or return costs may, to the extent permitted by law, be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund.

For consumers, the transfer of risk is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
