Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account is entirely optional, but it makes future purchases faster and lets you view your order history.
How do I sign in?
Leot James uses Shopify's secure customer account system. Instead of a password, we'll send a one-time login code to your email address each time you sign in.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes. Once you're signed in, you'll be able to view your previous orders and check the status of any current orders linked to your account.
Can I change my shipping information?
Yes. You can update your saved addresses and account details at any time after signing in.
I didn't create an account when I placed my order. Can I still make one?
Yes. Simply create an account using the same email address you used for your order. Future orders will be associated with your account.
How do I reset my password?
There isn't one! Instead of using passwords, Shopify sends a secure login code to your email each time you sign in.
Will creating an account subscribe me to your newsletter?
No. Creating an account and subscribing to our newsletter are separate choices. You'll only receive marketing emails if you choose to subscribe.
