Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
You may return any eligible item within this period without giving a reason.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
All original tags, labels, packaging and accessories must be included.
Items must be returned in their original box or suitable protective packaging of a similar size.
If an item's value has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we may reduce the refund as permitted by applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods; or
- in the case of multiple deliveries, on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item of goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the Start Return / Withdrawal button on this page or inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by post)..
You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Cost of Returning the Goods
The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Compensation for Loss in Value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law, in particular in relation to:
- goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- other statutory exceptions pursuant to Section 18 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
To the extent that these exceptions do not apply to the goods offered by us, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Refunds & Return Shipping
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
For eligible withdrawals within the European Union, we will refund the purchase price together with the standard outbound shipping costs as required by law.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, only the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and similar fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
1. To start a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, you may click the button below that says:

2. Enter the email address you used for your order.
You'll receive a one-time verification code by email. No password or account setup is required. Once you've entered the code, select your order and choose the following and follow the on-screen instructions:
"Return items" or "Cancel Items"
Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, you can request a return instead. The refund amount shown during the return process may not include the original shipping charges. If you're entitled to a refund of the original shipping costs under applicable consumer law, these will be included when your return or withdrawal is processed.

You may use our statutory EU Withdrawal Form if you wish. Use of this form is optional—a clear email or other unequivocal statement is sufficient.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, or to other items excluded under applicable law.
