Payment Information

1. General Information
This Payment Information supplements our Terms and Conditions and provides information about the payment methods available in our online store.

All prices are stated in Euro (€).

2. Available Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently available, depending on the checkout process:

  • PayPal
  • Payment by debit or credit card through
  • PayPal Checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard or Maestro)
  • Bank Transfer

A PayPal account is not required for card payments made through PayPal Checkout.

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future and, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. PayPal and PayPal Checkout
If you choose PayPal, payment processing will be carried out through PayPal.

You may either pay using your PayPal account or—where offered by PayPal—use a debit or credit card through PayPal Checkout without creating or using a PayPal account.

Payments are generally processed immediately.

Orders may be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Bank Transfer
If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, our bank details will be provided together with your order confirmation.

Please include your order number as the payment reference.

Orders will be processed once payment has been received.

Depending on your bank, the transfer may take 1–3 business days to arrive.

5. Payment Due
The total invoice amount must be paid in advance.

Orders remain pending until full payment has been received.

If payment for an order placed by Bank Transfer is not received within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Prices and Taxation
All prices are stated in Euro (€).

Taxation is carried out in accordance with the applicable Austrian tax legislation.

For appropriately identified pre-owned goods, taxation is carried out under the Margin Scheme pursuant to Section 24 Austrian VAT Act (UStG).

In such cases, VAT on the goods is not shown separately on the invoice in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Shipping charges are subject to the applicable tax regulations and may include VAT shown separately on the invoice.

7. Bank Details
If you no longer have your payment instructions or require our bank details again, you may request them from us at any time or use the details below.

PayPal

Pay securely using your PayPal account or an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal Checkout. A PayPal account is not required for card payments.

Payments are processed immediately. Orders paid via PayPal are normally processed as soon as payment has been confirmed.

Bank Transfer

If you choose bank transfer, you'll receive our bank details together with your order confirmation.

Please include your order number as the payment reference.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been received. Depending on your bank, transfers may take 1–3 business days to arrive.

Payment Due

All prices are shown in Euro (€). Taxes are applied in accordance with applicable Austrian tax law.

For eligible second-hand goods, VAT is calculated under the Austrian margin scheme (Differenzbesteuerung). Where this scheme applies, VAT is not shown separately on the invoice in accordance with Austrian tax law, with the exception of shipping charges.

Orders remain pending until payment has been received. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has cleared. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
