Payments may be made by PayPal or bank transfer.

Shipping

All shipments are made through the Austrian Post. Shipping prices are based on weight per order (see tables below). All shipments are processed and sent within 48 hours. Please note: Shipments take place on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to deliver to the UK. 

You should receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You may track your order on Austrian Post. An English version of this site is available by clicking the English option on the top right of the window. Once the package is in the destination country, you can use your local postal service's site to track the package.

Middle East (Qatar, United Arab Emirates): 0-2.0kg: €25.00** 2.0-4.0kg: €40.00** 4.0-10kg: €85.00** ** Orders of €400+ ship FREE

 

Returns

All items have a 14 day return-window beginning on the day the order is received. You may return any item for any reason within this time period. Please note the following conditions:

• Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received, including any and all tags and packaging intact. Should any tags or labels be removed, the item will not be accepted for return. 
• Items must be returned in their original box or, in the event that it is unusable, in a box of similar size. 
• All returns will be processed and refunded via the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds to credit cards may take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your statement. Contact your bank or credit card company for further information
• In accordance with EU law, all returns from within the European Union will receive a full refund of the item and the original shipping cost. Costs associated with returning the item (including shipping and packaging as needed) are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
• Returns from outside of the European Union will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item only, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
